Dann habe ich einen<br \/>\nTV Film gesehen. Es gab einen Bericht aus Kopenhagen \u00fcber<br \/>\nsm\u00f6rrebr\u00f6d. Ich habe mich an Oskar Davidson erinnnert, wo wir<br \/>\ndie ersten d\u00e4nischen sm\u00f6\u00f6re brods gegessen haben. Dieses<br \/>\nRestaurant wird jetzt von seiner Tochter gef\u00fchrt. Wir waren<br \/>\nin den 60er Jahren dort. Ich war dann ganz gefangen und habe<br \/>\nnach einem Rezept gesucht.
